A premium venue and a big audience leave little room for error. Here’s what we look at first.
Know the room before you design for it
Model the venue first and understand its constraints: rigging, obstructions, sightlines and attendee flow.
Bring every department in early
Bring everyone into the fold early and often. A great design that blows the budget or can’t be built is only great on paper. A strong team, working together, is the real advantage.
Design for the camera, too
Most keynotes are also streamed. What works in the room has to work on screen, so we check every look from the camera positions, not just the seats.
Iterate fast, then commit
Quick clay renders let the creative team test ideas early and quickly. Once a direction is picked, full color renders show everyone exactly what they’re approving.
